On-Site Training

The European Offshore Academy offers intensive on-the-water training sessions designed to help experienced sailors and ambitious upcoming young talents make the transition into shorthanded offshore racing in a professional training environment.
Sailing aboard the Sun Fast 30 One Design, participants will develop the specific skills required for competitive offshore racing, with a strong focus on shorthanded boat handling, sail management, performance sailing, safety procedures, and offshore race preparation.
Our goal is to provide practical experience and structured coaching that builds confidence, competence, and teamwork for offshore racing campaigns.
